Originally from Sioux City, Chris grew up in California and is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and the University of Southern California School of Law.
Chris and his wife Margaret have two sons; Connor and Hiatt. Chris serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Home and Family Services.
